Handling
We usually take 1-3 days to pack your order and send them out for delivery! However during new releases, it can take us up to 10 days to pack them depending on how many orders are placed.
Delivering to the EU
** Deliveries to the EU may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and other fees levied by the destination country. All orders are delivered duties unpaid and all import taxes, duties and customs fees as well as compliance with the laws and regulations of the destination country, are the customer's responsibility.We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. This is not applicable for items that were purchased during a SALE period.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Items purchased while they were on sale is non-refundable. Items at an advertised discounted price are FINAL. Items in clearance are non-returnable & non-refundable, we cannot replace/refund items that were put on clearance.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Wrong Address Policy
If you have made an error in providing us with your address at the checkout and your order is being returned to us - we will need to send you an invoice to cover the cost of re-shipping the item to you. If you would like to opt for a refund, please note that we'll be happy to provide that, less the initial cost of shipping + return shipping cost.
We understand that going through this experience is frustrating! If we could do it differently we would, however we're only a small business and having to re-ship items impacts us.
In order to prevent these problems from happening in the first place, please carefully enter and review your address at the checkout! If you realize there is a problem with your address, please contact us as soon as possible if it hasn't been shipped out and we would be happy to fix it!
