Handling

We usually take 1-3 days to pack your order and send them out for delivery! However during new releases, it can take us up to 10 days to pack them depending on how many orders are placed.

Delivering to the EU

** Deliveries to the EU may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and other fees levied by the destination country. All orders are delivered duties unpaid and all import taxes, duties and customs fees as well as compliance with the laws and regulations of the destination country, are the customer's responsibility.
We still ship our goodies to customers to the EU/UK!

However please note that all packages that enter the EU/UK will be assigned a VAT tax due to the new laws enforced on the 1st of July 2022. This means that there will most likely be an extra cost on top of the purchase that you made with us due to the tax and service fees that is charged by customs.

It will be your responsibility as the buyer to pay any import charges and taxes, or any unclaimed packages will be at risk of being sent back to us.
Unfortunately we're unable to calculate how much extra the VAT and customs service fees will add on top of your order, so please be aware of that before making a purchase!

If your package does return to us, please email us immediately! When we receive your package, we will either resend it back to you (with the shipping costs at your expense) or we will refund your order with the return shipping and the initial shipping cost deducted from your refund. Another option is that we can also provide you in-store credit!
